Benefit dinner for Victoria"Tiny But Tuff” Cordova who is headed to the Womens' National Golden Gloves Tournament and National Ringside Tournament....

New Mexico Boxing.com is reporting that a Benefit dinner for Victoria “Tiny-But-Tuff” Cordova is headed to the Womens' National Golden Gloves Tournament and National Ringside Tournament . . . . hopefully! In hopes to raise money for this future New Mexico champion, Victoria's family is throwing together an enchilada benefit dinner to get her to the Golden Gloves Tournament in July and the National Ringside tournament in August. The event is scheduled for June 29 at the Westside Community Center, 1250 Isleta Blvd, from 3-7 pm. Tiny’s determination and skills have already made her the state and regional Junior Olympic and Silver Gloves champion, from 2006-2008, as well as the 2006 National Ringside champion. Her record is 17-2. At the benefit dinner, Tiny will spar both female and male boxers from her team. There will be a DJ, great New Mexican food, and professional boxers (including Adriana Delgado and David Martinez, Monica Lovato, Mike Alderete, Lucas Galle & Shawn Gallegos) are also going to be in attendance to sign autographs and to support the young amateur on her way to these national tournaments. Please come and show your support for a future New Mexico Female boxing champion. $10 for each adult plate, $5 for kids under 12 years.
